We realise that it can be daunting to set up a website, so we compiled a list of frequently asked questions for our valuable customers.

What are the benefits of a website?
A website reaches a worldwide audience, 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can sell your products and services in a very cost-effective way. Questions can be answered online, so customer service costs can be reduced.
If I already have a site, can you help me improve it?
Yes. We can redesign, optimise your website's code or add content to an existing site.
Why should I use your services and not choose a different service provider?

Do I need to use a local service provider to produce my website?
Not at all! We work with clients in Germany on a monthly basis and have also delivered web pages in French, Italian, Polish and Swedish.
How long will the development of my website take?
It depends on your requirements. Once we assessed the relevant criteria, we are able to give you a time-frame. We won't make promises we cannot keep, but keep in mind that we need your cooperation. We are only able to stick to deadlines as long as you provide us with the necessary data.
Can I use my company's existing logo and other artwork for my website?
You certainly can! Just provide us with the relevant files and we incorporate them in your new website. Your corporate identity is in good hands.
Can I check the progress of my website development?
Yes. We upload your web pages to a password-protected area on our website and supply you with the necessary credentials. Just log in and see what has been done so far!
Are there extra charges I might need to pay?
The price we give you at project start covers any costs. You would only need to pay additional monies if your project exceeds our agreed schedule without any wrongdoing on our part and you agree to pay the extra amount. Please keep in mind that we do not provide domain names and website hosting, so you will also have to cover the relevant external fees.
When do I need to pay for my new website?
Customers pay 25% of the agreed contract fee upfront, another 25% when the design is approved and the remaining 50% once the site is completed.
How much maintenance is required once my website is online?
The amount of maintenance depends on the size of your business and the type of your website. An online shop needs much more maintenance than a small information-only website. Also, if you want to pursue regular search engine optimisation you will need to constantly monitor your site's rankings and keep an eye on your competition.
